Use, scope and purpose of storage and processing

We store and process personal data for the purposes of online sales, marketing communications via e-mail and sales promotion.

For the purpose of online sales and notification by e-mail, we store:

- e-mail address,

-name

-surname

-title

- alternate address,

- phone number

We collect personal data with explicit consent or consent of individuals. We store consents together with their content and the content of the form by which they were obtained.

Personal data is used exclusively by the responsible person in the company (legal representative or representative): Marija Kanduč.

Amount

Databases of personal data are stored in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and are not transferred to other countries.

Retention period

We store the individual's personal data until the consent for the storage and processing of data of an individual is revoked. After the withdrawal of an individual's consent, his/her personal data is immediately effectively and permanently deleted.

Should the purposes for which we store and process personal data cease to exist in our company, we will immediately effectively and permanently delete the databases whose purpose has ceased.

We retain data about impressions of received messages and clicks on links in received messages for 12 months after sending the message.

In the event that our company wishes to further process personal data for a purpose other than that for which the personal data was collected, we will provide the individual with information about this other purpose and any further relevant information as provided in this document prior to such further processing.

We will do everything in our power to assist the individual in exercising their rights.
