Offer of articles and prices
Due to the nature of online business and product sales, the Mykreativmerrys.com offer is updated and changed frequently and quickly. All prices on Mykreativmerrys.com are published in euros (EUR) and include VAT. The price presented is valid for online purchase in the case of 100% payment via Paypal or credit card. Mykreativmerrys reserves the right that a particular product is out of stock and can no longer be manufactured, despite being published on Mykreativmerrys.com.
The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and do not have a future validity, they are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. Discounts, promotional codes, etc. as a rule, they do not add up.
In the case of a cash on delivery purchase, the delivery service (Pošta Slovenije) may charge the buyer additional costs for forwarding the purchase price, which the seller cannot influence.
Product tags/status
The product marked "In stock" is in stock and ready to be shipped within a week or more from the date of payment of the advance invoice or submission of orders.
The product marked "Out of stock" is currently not in stock, the production date is not predetermined or known, and the product cannot be added to the cart.
The product marked "Made to order" is never in stock, it is only produced by prior order via a message in the user profile or by e-mail.
Ordering and purchase process
Ordering is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The sales contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded in the Mykreativmerrys.com online store at the moment when Mykreativmerrys sends the buyer the first email confirming his order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the seller and the buyer.
In the online store, the customer chooses between products and their versions in the menus. After choosing the product type, color, material, etc., clicks on the 'Add to cart' button. When the product is added to the cart, it is also visible in it. If the buyer wants to change the ordered quantity of an article already in the basket, he changes the quantity of a specific article by clicking on 'checkout' and changes the quantity there as desired or removes the articles from the basket by clicking on the red button.
Then the buyer clicks on 'Payment method' and selects the payment option and confirms the selection by clicking on the button. Then check all the information again and submit the order.
After submitting the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. At this stage of the order, the customer has the option to cancel the order within one hour. If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order goes into further processing, when the provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The provider can contact the customer by e-mail at info@mykreativmerrys.com to check the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Via e-mail, the provider informs the buyer about up-to-date information regarding the delivery of goods. If the delivery time is very long and the buyer does not want to wait, the buyer can notify the provider, who will remove the item from the order and return any funds already paid to the buyer, while the remaining items from the order will be delivered at the buyer's choice, or the entire order will be canceled . Due to the manual production of the products, the delivery time may be extended if there is a possible large number of orders placed at the same time.
The provider prepares the goods within the agreed period, sends them and informs the buyer about this by e-mail. In the aforementioned e-mail, the provider also informs the buyer about the return policy, where to contact in the event of a delivery delay, and where to contact in the event of a complaint.
Payment methods
Mykreativmerry.com allows the following payment methods:
By transfer to Marija Kanduč's account according to the proforma invoice. You will receive the data required for the transfer in an e-mail after placing the order. Mykreativmerrys reserves the order until payment of the advance invoice or maximum 8 days from order confirmation. It no longer guarantees the delivery of the goods later.
With cash upon collection of the postal shipment. You pay the purchase price and postage when you pick up the package. Delivery is made by Pošta Slovenije, which charges a commission for the redemption service.
By paying via Paypal, where the website redirects you to the Paypal page where you make the payment.
Issuance of an invoice
After shipping the ordered items, Mykreativmerrys also sends the customer an invoice in pdf format to the customer's e-mail address. In the case of cash on delivery, the buyer receives a printed invoice.
Delivery and postage
Every order placed through the Mykreativmerrys.com store system will be processed no later than 2-4 working days after placing the order. If this is not possible for any reason, we will notify you. After confirming the order, the package will be sent to your address within a week or more, depending on the stock and the season. If delivery is not possible within the delivery time, Mykreativmerrys.com informs the customer.
The delivery partner is POŠTA SLOVENIJE, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service, if this will allow him to complete the order more efficiently.
The amount of delivery depends on the payment method and the purchase amount. When paying by invoice, the postage is €3.90. When paying cash on delivery, the postage amount is €3.90, regardless of the amount of the purchase. If you choose to pay via Paypal, the shipping fee is €3.90.
Delivery prices apply to shipments delivered within Slovenia. The amount of delivery abroad is calculated according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije, whereby payment on collection is not possible, but we allow payment via the Paypal system.
Product return/withdrawal from the contract
The consumer has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the items that he withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. The deadline starts counting one day after the date of collection of the package. Withdrawal from the contract is sent by the consumer to the seller's e-mail address: info@mykreativmerrys.com.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer returns the received item by post to the seller's address: Marija Kanduč, Bilečanska 2, 1000 Ljubljana.
The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the items (which, in the case of shipping, is charged according to the price list of the delivery service). The item must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days from the sent notification of withdrawal from the purchase.
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract for contracts, the subject of which is an article that has been manufactured according to the precise instructions of the consumer, that has been adapted to his personal needs, which due to its nature is not suitable for return, or an article that has already been used and for hygienic reasons it is not suitable for resale.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the company shall return all payments received immediately, or at the latest within 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The company returns the received payments to the consumer with the same means of payment that the consumer used, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer does not bear any costs as a result.

Complaint/material error
If the wrong products are delivered, the buyer returns the delivered products and the provider will replace them with the correct ones free of charge. In this case, the shipping costs are covered by the provider. However, the provider does not cover the cost of returning advertised products, as long as no error was found on the provider's side. Returned goods must be properly protected against damage during transport - they must be packed in a hard box
The consumer can assert his rights from a material defect if he informs the seller about the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered. In the error notification, the consumer must describe the error in more detail and allow the seller to inspect the item. The consumer can notify the seller of the defect personally, for which the seller must issue a certificate, or send it to the store where the item was purchased, or to the representative of the seller with whom he concluded the contract. (37. a ZVPot article)
The seller is not responsible for material defects in the goods that become apparent after two years have passed since the item was delivered. If the subject of the contract between the seller and the consumer is a used item, the seller is not liable for material defects in the goods that become apparent after a year has passed since the item was delivered. A defect in the goods is considered to have already existed at the time of delivery if it appears within six months of delivery. (Article 37.b ZVPot)
Consumer or the buyer must describe the error in more detail in the error notification and allow the online store operator and product manufacturer - Marija Kanduč, Mykreativmerrys to inspect the product. In the case of a material defect, the consumer may, at his choice, request: rectification of the defect in the goods or refund of the amount paid in proportion to the defect, or replacement of the goods with new faultless goods or refund of the amount paid.
More specifically, the right to assert material errors is regulated by the Consumer Protection Act.
Discounts and gift certificates
Discounts:
In the Mykreativmerrys.com online store, various discounts and campaigns can take place. All discounts are clearly indicated next to the product itself. Discounts are not combined with discounts won in sweepstakes, vouchers and discount cards. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash payments. We reserve the right that a certain product is no longer in stock and can no longer be manufactured during the discount period.
Stocks of the entire offer on the Mykreativmerrys.com website and social networks that represent this website are limited.
Gift vouchers:
Gift vouchers can only be ordered online and redeemed exclusively in the Mykreativmerrys.com online store, but not at other points of sale (stands, partner stores, etc.). Amounts on gift vouchers are always rounded up (€10, €20, €30...). It is possible to purchase the amount according to your wishes, provided that it is rounded. Gift vouchers can be transferred to different people. Gift vouchers are numbered.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash payments. We do not refund money for purchases that are below the amount written on the voucher. For purchases in which the amount is higher than the amount on the voucher, an additional payment is possible. Gift vouchers have no time limit. They cease to be valid only if the provider Marija Kanduč, Mykreativmerrys, completes the activity and deletes it from Ajpes.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed for any set of products - even for products made to order.

Marija Kanduč, Mykreativmerrys (hereinafter the organizer) periodically organizes a prize game intended for all fans of Mykreativmerrys.com (Mykreativerrys) on the social network Facebook or Instagram. Prize games take place during the periods that are clearly stated in the announcement of the prize game.
Prizes they can be different products, discount vouchers or surprise packages. Award selected organizer sam. The choice of the prize cannot be influenced by the participants of the prize game or the winners, unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
All fans of the Mykreativmerrys.com online store on various social networks can participate in the prize game. By participating in the prize draw, the winner agrees to the publication of his name and photo from the award ceremony. Anyone who meets the conditions of the prize game and is older than 15 years can participate in the prize game.

Receiving the award

Responsibility of the organizer
The organizer reserves the right, without any obligations to the participant, to remove content that is offensive, racially intolerant, obscene, or in the opinion of the organizer inappropriate for any other reason, from social networks and to exclude the participant who published the content from participation in prize games and participation on this social network page. The participant is fully responsible for any damage that could be caused to the organizer or any third parties through the submitted and published content.
The organizer of the prize draw does not assume any responsibility for: (non)operation of the social online network of social networks, all other activities on online networks, (un)truth of the data provided in the name of the user's profile on social networks, non-operation of the online service as a result of network failure of contractual partners, power failure or other technical disturbances that could temporarily disrupt the use of the service, any consequences that the participant would suffer as a result of participating in the prize draw.
The organizer also reserves the right to exclude fraudulent, fake and duplicate profiles on social networks, if there is a suspicion that these types of participating persons/profiles are involved. The organizer reserves the right to decide on the suspicion himself and to judge the suspicious situation himself.

The seller has the option of withdrawing from the contract only if an obvious error is found (Article 46 of the OZ). A mistake in the essential characteristics of the article and all mistakes which are considered decisive according to the customs of the trade or according to the intention of the customers and which the seller would not have confirmed or concluded a contract with if he had been aware of them, are considered an obvious error. This also includes obvious pricing errors.
