Shipping policy

 

Every order placed in the Mykreativmerrys.com online store is reviewed and processed no later than two days after placing the order and receiving the payment. If this is not feasible, we post a notice on the entry page about a possible delay.

 

If you select products marked as "in stock", and once the order is confirmed and paid for, the order goes into processing. Since each piece of jewelry is made by hand in several stages, it can (depending on the product and the season) take more than a week from your order to shipping of the products, but never longer than 14 days.

 

And what if you urgently need the product in the shortest possible time? Don't panic! Place your order and contact me as soon as possible via e-mail info@mykreativmerrys.com or by phone at 040/427-213. I will do everything in my power to get the package to you on time.

 

Packages are delivered by the Post of Slovenia. What if you are not at home when the postman visits you? Nothing happens. He will leave you notices with which you can pick up the package at your post office as soon as possible. He will wait for you there for only 15 calendar days, after which he will return to me. As this represents a high cost and it is inconvenient to have to pay postage again, please do not wait until the last day :)

The price of postage within Slovenia is €3.90.

Delivery to other countries is charged according to the Pošta Slovenije (Slovenian Post office) pricing list. We allow payment via Paypal.
