Refund policy

 

 

The consumer has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the items that he withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. The deadline starts counting one day after the date of collection of the package. Withdrawal from the contract is sent by the consumer to the seller's e-mail address: info@mykreativmerrys.with.

 

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer returns the received item by post to the seller's address: Marija Kanduč, Bilečanska 2, 1000 Ljubljana.

 

The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the items (which, in the case of shipping, is charged according to the price list of the delivery service). The item must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days from the sent notification of withdrawal from the purchase.

 

The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of contracts, the subject of which is an article that has been manufactured according to the precise instructions of the consumer, that has been adapted to his personal needs, which due to its nature is not suitable for return, or an article that has already been used and for hygienic reasons it is not suitable for resale.

 

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the company shall return all payments received immediately, or at the latest within 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The company returns the received payments to the consumer with the same means of payment that the consumer used, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer does not bear any costs as a result.
